Do you work alone?
Yes, but I do bring on other primary shooters, second photographers and assistants if the work request is in need of it. I vet, train and provide the camera equipment for all photographers that I bring on and I do all the editing and primary shooting to ensure a consistent level of photography for the entire event.
Do you travel?
Yes, within 20 miles of downtown Austin, Texas. After that it's $.50 a mile up to 400 miles round trip. For further distances please email me.
What do I get from you when we're done?
You get a digital download with print and web versions of the photos that are ready to print or email.
What if I want prints?
I can fulfill professional quality print orders on an as needed basis.
What if I want to make these available for purchase to my guests?
I have a store
that offers various digital downloads.
What if I want to use these photos for my business?
Just let me know and I can put in a Commercial or Editorial Use License in the contract we sign that spells everything out.
We have a lot of people to shoot, is one hour enough?
You'd be surprised what I can get done in an hour, but do remember the time we schedule includes set up and break down time. The timer starts when I arrive.
How long do we have to wait to see the goods?
The normal turn around time is between 3 - 10 business days from the end of your event/shoot.
Why do I have to wait so long?
I have a dedication to quality and service and I need time to attend to other clients and develop the photos to make sure everything looks just right. If time is of the essence I can expedite my turn around at your request, please email for same day and next day rates.
What is considered same day or next day turnaround?
Same day turnaround is 6 to 12 hours and next day is 12 to 36 hours from the end the event/shoot.
